Ripple, a prominent player in the cryptocurrency industry, made headlines recently for transferring 150 million XRP tokens to a mysterious destination. The transfer was documented by Whale Alert, a platform that tracks large cryptocurrency transactions. The XRP was moved from Ripple’s wallet to an undisclosed address labeled as “rP4X2.” This is not the first time XRP has been sent to this address, as a previous transfer of 70 million XRP took place in October 2023. With the latest transfer, the “rP4X2” address now holds around 173.661 million XRP.
