Airdrop Announcement and Distribution List
The Mantra team announced that the 50 million OM airdrop will take place on November 8. This announcement was eagerly awaited by the community. A distribution list has also been published, allowing participants to check which group they belong to. Users can monitor their own distributions through the Mantra Zone platform.
To facilitate the airdrop process, the team activated a tool called “GenDrop Checker.” This tool enables users to verify the amount they will receive from the airdrop. Eligibility criteria were outlined, and participant addresses were shared.
Distributions to Other Categories
The team plans to conduct the distribution through various groups, each with defined eligibility criteria. This aims to provide all participants a fairer chance in the distribution model.
According to the official announcement, the OM airdrop will be shared among a total of 11 groups and 350,000 users. Of this total, 60% (30 million OM) is allocated to those who participated in the KARMA Pre-Mainnet Tasks, with approximately 124,758 addresses set to receive tokens from this pool. The team noted that over 57% of the total KARMA tokens will be distributed among just 124,760 addresses.
The second largest distribution is designated for Galxe Season 1 participants. This category, covering 12% of the total supply, includes 125,725 eligible addresses. Users who score 215 points or more in Galxe tasks will benefit from this airdrop, while extra requirements are set for users adding EVM addresses.
Other categories included in the distribution feature ATOM stakers, Bad Kids NFT holders, Celestine Sloths NFT holders, Pudgy Penguins NFT holders, and Testnet validators. MANTRA will distribute tokens at specific rates to other categories like NFTs and Bit Kids.
The Mantra team has successfully rekindled community interest. Although the official distribution date for the OM airdrop has not yet been announced, the community eagerly anticipates this development. Potential effects on the OM price remain one of the market’s focal points.
Successfully completing the airdrop could strengthen Mantra’s position in the ecosystem. It is essential for participants to carefully review eligibility criteria to check their entitlements. Post-distribution token movements may create various dynamics in the market.
