The recently established alliance consists of 24 cryptocurrency businesses that are all officially recognized by the FSC for adhering to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. This requirement is compulsory for cryptocurrency enterprises in Taiwan as part of the government’s efforts to combat criminal activities within the digital currency sector. Leading the association is Titan Cheng, the founder and CEO of BitoPro, the top cryptocurrency exchange in Taiwan.
